Newborn Insurance Information

It is necessary for you to contact your benefit person at your place of employment or your insurance directly to enroll your new baby.

In order for our office to bill any charges for your new baby our billing office must have the baby's correct insurance information. You must contact our billing office at (816) 373-1111 within 2 weeks of the baby's date of birth.
