Welcome to Independence and Lee’s Summit Pediatrics! Thank you for choosing us to take care of your child’s healthcare needs. Our physicians, providers and staff are dedicated to providing you with the highest standard of care and we are excited to welcome you to our practice! We would like your first visit to our practice to be seamless, so we have put together some information to familiarize you with our practice. The information provided below should answer many of your questions about becoming a patient with our practice.
Our office has an online electronic registration process, eliminating the need for you to complete paperwork for your check-in process. You will receive a text and/or email 3-5 days prior to your appointment confirming the appointment date and time. This text/email will also give you the option to complete your registration online prior to the appointment. This allows you the complete freedom to complete the registration on your own time whenever and wherever you want. By completing your registration prior to your appointment, you no longer spend time in our reception area filling out paper forms. If for any reason you cannot complete your registration prior to the appointment, please arrive 20 minutes prior to the appointment and you can complete the registration in the office on our electronic iPad or on your own personal cellular device.
You will be asked to review your information at each visit with online pre-registration to verify that your demographic information is correct as well as your insurance information. You may also have forms specific to your child’s appointment type that must be completed attached to your pre-registration. Please review your information closely for any changes.
We look forward to seeing you at your appointment! Please remember the following:
